The Humber Bridge.

Superb picture Tim. Never been over the bridge although I have seen it.
tim hitchins: just couldn't believe just how long it was till i started to walk along it Bill and all held up with steal ropes, remarkable engineering, cheers m8
I used to drive over this bridge quite frequently when I lived in the area, but have never walked it. Your picture is very dramatic - the bridge looks like something from a sci-fi movie. The everyday made strange indeed.
Ingrid
tim hitchins: yes i try my best Ingrid, very little to go with as in movement in clouds or sunshine, stunning structure and will go back for sure, cheers Ingrid
It's an endless brodge if you ask me. GReat image. Is it HDR?
tim hitchins: much appreciated Delia, no it isn't i did do some multi exposures which i have yet to look at will have a look tonight, have a good day Delia
I've not been near it but did see it on a documentary recently and it does look very big. This is a great shot with a great angle and fabulous lighting Tim.
tim hitchins: thank you very much Brian, a very impressive structure for sure and worth a visit if your ever close by m8
Cool POV - and you really know how to take those long exposure shots - the processing also add a nice atmosphere...almost forgot - I get facinated by the sky as well
tim hitchins: lol thats good to hear m8, another great result we just need to get going in the league again and soon, cheers Askel
tim hitchins: lol i aim to do a night shot Ginnie when its lit up, think it could look very much "ET" then we will see, much appreciated and have a nice day
Tremendous, Tim. Superb perspective. I've never seen the bridge; I understand that it goes from nowhere special across the Humber to somewhere else not particularly special?
tim hitchins: lmao Alan yes very true but then it does save them a 50mile trip to get from dull to duller lol, cheers m8
There is a bullfighter in Spain, that their presence is common in the tabloids, which summarize your photo in two words: "Awe some" ("Im presionante".
Joking apart. You've got a bridge infinity. It is impossible to see where it ends, from which it comes. A great picture, Tim.
tim hitchins: well thank you very very much Valentin and have a good day

BREATHTAKING Tim simply brilliant. It just fires the eye into the image.
tim hitchins: really appreciated Alan, the conditions were a bit naff so i was happy to come away with this one m8
Just stumbled upon your blog and took a big gasp of air when I saw this shot. Brilliant position for the shot, great sense of perspective, the B&W with what appears to be a slight touch of sepia works excellently, the dark brooding skies add some drama, if there was a Mercedes Benz parked in front of and lit up properly you'd be getting paid a mint for a shot like this. Well done indeed.
tim hitchins: hi Will happy you did stumble upon this as i love Japan and from what i have briefly seen i am looking forward to trawling though your website i bet you don't miss those long winter months in Scotland Will and all that rain, much appreciated and i shall see what i can do with regards to the Merc lol, all the best Will
Don't miss the long Scottish winters at all. Haven't been there in winter for 11 years now. Even if I ever move back I think I will have to return to Asia for the winter.
Good luck with the Merc...
tim hitchins: spent 10days in Fort William last summer Will sadly it rained on and off for the whole time so not much time spent with camera in hand but the bottled beer was a good substitute lol, loved the place and folk and hope to go back one day soon, enjoyed looking through your work particularly liked your night shots and am hoping to take some this weekend of the bridge, didn't see a guest book so couldn't leave a comment Will, great work and will keep looking in m8 l
this is spectacular tim, futuristic and rather scary too. that orange glow in the sky adds to the unsettling feel - it's really really good (the picture )
tim hitchins: really like your perspective here Eliza, hope all is well
