Its well worth a walk round this place with some lovely views, got there too late to catch the mist what hovers over the water most mornings and it was 6 30am, but still it was worth it with views like this
Tim, you will have to roll out of bed a bit earlier in future. lol. Gorgeous photo, (minus the mist) love the reflection.
tim hitchins: lol think i might have to take it with me next time so as not to miss it, cheers Aussie.
Very nice - like the framing of the pic (the trees on this side of the reservoir). Beautiful colours and reflection...
tim hitchins: thank you kindly mate
Gorgeous reflection on the water. Lovely panoramic view. Nice one Tim.
tim hitchins: cheers Radel wasn't to happy missing the mist that had all but gone when i got there but this made up for it

This is a beauty of a shot. The colour is incredible
tim hitchins: most appreciated Mary, yes it was a fabulous scene, fortunately the sun had not got above the tree line which would have spoilt the reflection so getting there early still payed off

Once again I echoe the sentiments of the other commentators.
A truly Stunning shot. The reflection, colours and framing are all perfect.
tim hitchins: chuffed you should say that Paul, thought i was just going for a stroll having got there to see the last remnants of the mist disappear but shortly into the walk a gap in the trees/ bushes that grace the banking led me to view this, so it was over the wall and snap snap
Good ratio crop for this theme ... amazing colours. richard
tim hitchins: thanks Richard, yes i thought the crop worked well with the scene and as for the color well that was a joy to the eye, fortunately the sun was still hidden behind the tree line as it would have washed the scene out
Brilliant picture Tim, such a strong reflection and the colour saturation is exceptional. I really like this one.
tim hitchins: well i am so chuffed you should think that Brian cheers
Excellent and well framed with the trees. Love the reflection and abundant blues
tim hitchins: thanks Louis and don't be working too hard
Lovely vivid colors! I am refreshed just looking at this
tim hitchins: well thats nice to know Martin
Really nice picture ... I bent my head and look at it in the lenghtwise (is that the good word ?) ... And I imagine it's a tower of nature and this green setting hiding a tiny tree house. I know ... i have a vivid imagination
tim hitchins: lol length ways is a good word France, and i like your imagination
SIGH, stunning!!!....the earlier the better, the morning light is the best, you just proofed it, great perfect reflection, great job again Tim.

Superbly clear reflections. Mill pond smooth.
tim hitchins: cheers Ian and i hope the knee is feeling better
This is a stunning imge Tim, not a ripple on the water. Yes the early bird catches the worm so they say. You have caught a cracker here Tim very well composed and presented. Eye is led nicely along the trees.I did get up at 4 am and sky was bright red. Should have gone out and joined the birds.
tim hitchins: lol maybe you should have Alan, most of what i regard as my best photo's were taken during the early hours after sunrise, the light is so much softer
Oh me,oh my! The picture speaks more than a thousand words, Tim!
tim hitchins: thanking you kindly Ginnie
A fine image Tim with a great reflection. Well worth the effort of getting up early.

Speechless
tim hitchins: is that a good thing or a bad thing Tracy
