Fantastic in which colours the city at night can be dressed/dived, I like the crossing of the differentlines leading into different directions - a very impressive photo, night shots seem to be your specials!
tim hitchins: lol cheers Philine, i really wish i had the time to do more shots through the day but i never seem to find the time on a weekend hopefully with the longer days i will get some
You are now the city's most effective stalker. You bring back the most striking pictures.
The lines of the bridge etc - excellent composition. Your EXIF also makes for interesting reading. So this is the red light district of Leeds?
tim hitchins: lol, cheers Louis really appreciate your thoughts as always, as for the red light district well it is roughly 1/4 mile from here and i can positively say i wont be trying any shots down that lane for sure
Great lines and ominous colors!
tim hitchins: cheers Martin
Tim, it seems you and Astrid are on the same page today with your sparkling night shots!
tim hitchins: lol, great minds eh, hope your feeling well Kathryn
Another superb night composition, Tim. I like lighting and colours ...
tim hitchins: most appreciated Fabrice
I like the reddish/pink colour tone here....can't decide wether or not I like the light part in the top middle of the pic...it takes all my attention...
tim hitchins: your quite right Aksel, thought about a crop but then it does give it a wee bit of added interesting light/shadow
Superbe ... absolument superbe ... fais moi plaisir, dis moi que tu as utilisé un Cokin ou je craque !!!!
tim hitchins: i will just get the translator on to this one France, i am sure it will be positive
did you use a filter to get the star-burst effect? Very effective anyway
tim hitchins: hi Paul no filter at all m8, just what happens with the long exposure's and cheers, have a good night.
Charming colors, love the sparkles, the framing really works as well.
tim hitchins: cheers Jewlya really appreciated
wonderful colours and composition, I tried exposures like this with my 10d but there was far too much noise, did you need noise reduction software for this?
tim hitchins: hi fella, no nothing at all as with all the shots i do in the dark i keep the iso to a minimum and just increase the aperture as my speeds get longer, as the 350d can be bought now for as little as 200 quid i think it speaks volumes for this camera, most appreciated
Fantastic colours and you have still got quite a lot of detail in the really dark areas. I like the contrast between the two.
Ingrid
tim hitchins: cheers Ingrid, thought about b&w to give it some atmosphere as it was dark and spooky under there but its what i saw so here it is
Nice composition and reflections!
tim hitchins: most appreciated Jose
Another good night shot Tim but forgive me for being "picky"' I would prefer it without the blue bits at the top.
tim hitchins: nope your quite right to speak ones mind Brian and your quite right its a bit distracting so thats a lesson learn't for me, cheers m8
